Saddle girth (Y): The individual user is responsible for adjusting the length of the girth straps and attaching them to the saddle, as well as hooking the key ball connector carabiner to the saddle each time they ride.
Too many riders attach their airbag to the rings of the saddle instead of attaching the airbag to the Y CORD that comes with the Freejump Airbag.
BEWARE, THIS IS A DANGEROUS PRACTICE!
The Y CORD is attached to the saddle stirrup suspensions and allows the KEYBALL STRAP of the airbag to be perfectly centred for optimum inflation of the airbag.
The saddle ring is not designed to withstand the pressure of a fall!
